Do you charge per user?
No. Checkit is priced per tracked asset — the vehicles and equipment you're actually running inspections on — not per person who logs in. Viewer seats are unlimited and free on every plan, so you can give your office manager, an accountant, or a client read-only visibility without it changing your bill.
What counts as a tracked asset?
Any vehicle or piece of equipment you're actively inspecting or maintaining. Assets marked Retired don't count against your plan limit.
What happens if I go over my asset limit?
We'll let you know and bill the overage at your plan's per-asset rate. We never lock you out of your data.
Is there a free trial?

Can I change plans later?
